Please head over to Spiritual Sundays and soak yourself up with encouraging posts. Thank you sisters Charlotte and Ginger for hosting.
“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.” ~ Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 [ESV]
It was chaotic last night. There were many unscheduled sick calls my co-workers and I saw. There were man downs. As piles of charts with doctor’s orders were waiting to be entered in the computer. The Intake Nurse called “SOS!” So, after my break, I went there to help her out.
But out of all that craziness, it was still manageable. Because every one was willing to put their best to accomplish the tasks that we needed to do. It might be a chaotic night. But with a great teamwork, it did not seem it was.
With teamwork, the inefficiency becomes efficient. There is harmony. There is focus. There is one vision. There is willingness to do a sacrifice. All toward achieving one mission. That’s how it must be in our Christian walk.
I just wanted to share this neat video. Because of hard work and teamwork, these people did a beautiful thing together:
“For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.” ~ 1 Corinthians 12:13 [ESV]
