You have always deeply inspired me in this journey of life and blogging about it. My trials have overtaken my life at this point but I do still blog when I am able because it is "beautiful" and "God" is beautiful along with His message for His people and the friends that we have met along this journey here are wonderful.

I had to stop in this day to say "thank you" for all that you are here, for all of who you are in Him. I haven't really blogged for a very long time--or been reading blogs since Google Reader went away, but today I found a different feed to be able to read my blogs on, and this is the first post I read. Maybe the Lord is sending me a message through you. Temptation, pain, disappointment, weakness, weariness, poverty—he knows them all, for he has felt all. Remember this, Christian, and let it comfort thee. However difficult and painful thy road, it is marked by the footsteps of thy Saviour; and even when thou reachest the dark valley of the shadow of death, and the deep waters of the swelling Jordan, thou wilt find his footprints there. In all places whithersoever we go, he has been our forerunner; each burden we have to carry, has once been laid on the shoulders of Immanuel".

"Charles Spurgeon"

Those most effective and "enduring" are those who do what they do first and foremost for the glory and good pleasure of God. You are right about many personal concerns keeping others from blogging as they used to. But like you, I believe that blogging by committed Christian blog writers is an important tool to redeeming the cyberspace, to keep it from being taken over by the enemy. And I too am determined to keep blogging, even if it means only one post a month these days... but I believe there will be a change in my tight blogging schedule soon. Many things have been happening, many things worth sharing with others. This post of yours is an encouragement to me. I have gone back to read the rest of the posts you wrote for August. As always, I appreciate your sharing with us the events at your workplace, yes, and you sharing the love of Christ to your fellow workers and the inmates. Know that I am one of those truly blessed by your ongoing commitment to keep the fire of Jesus alive in blogland. Blessings of peace to you. By the way my daughter and I will be in LA this November. How far from Gardena do you live? I would love to meet you face to face, even just for coffee.Crown of Beautyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08993686012020045284noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-61790705902516172.post-10660547211875385912013-08-10T10:54:00.014-07:002013-08-10T10:54:00.014-07:00I am so pleased you're continuing to blog for ...I am so pleased you're continuing to blog for God, dearest Rozelle. My visits may not always be consistent but I always return. I love to read your posts and listen to your heart of love. Few nurses could work in the environment you are in and yet I still see you as a light there. I continue to blog. I have many people in my sphere of influence who are not yet believers so I continue to write from my heart. I do believe we get to share the Gospel and the love of Jesus through our blogging. If even one person is impacted, it's well worth it.

Thank you for the encouragement.

Love you,
DebbieDebbie Petrashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08235978883396499354noreply@blogger.com
